The details

  • 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate your package to ensure that the number of hours is adequate for your needs.

  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. We will let you know if the work assigned that week exceeds the allocated hours to give you a choice to prioritize any deadlines. Any overage hours will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate of $90/hour at the beginning of the next month.

  • Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly.

  • You will receive an invoice on the first day of each month to be paid by the 10th of the month. The invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month.

  • These are NOT included:

    • Additional costs like stock photography, fonts or subscriptions

    • Web design or re-design

    • Social media management eg. posting

    • Logo or brand design

Retainer Package FAQs

  • If you're unsure about which package is best for you, fill in the form below and we’ll get in touch to arrange a call to work out what would best fit your requirements. The option to upgrade or downgrade is available after the initial 3 months.

  • You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month to be paid by the 10th of the month.

  • After the minimum 3-month commitment, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade depending on your requirements. At the end of the 3 months, we will have a chat to see what you need for the next 3-month commitment to make sure you're getting the best!

  • Of course! We will let you know if the work assigned that week exceeds the allocated hours. Any overage hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $80/hour on the invoice for that month.
